We are a custom and model home builder/ contractor
for Putnam, Alachua, Clay, and other counties in North Central Florida. We have beautiful homes built in Gainesville,
Melrose, Palatka, Crescent City, Satsuma, Interlachen, and Hawthorne. Our goal is to build quality residential buildings
for people of all income levels. Our focus is not that of profit but to give families a place they can call home.

what you want but can't find it in an existing house plan, let us sit with you and create your dream home! We can generate
professional quality blueprints for any idea. Call for an apportinment and bring in your sketches, or an existing houseplan
with the changes you would like to incorporate.

offer the freedom and flexibility for each customer to make any changes they may feel necessary to the model home plans in
order to create the perfect dwelling for their individual family.
